i believe u need a balance ba

if u everyday go work and nothin to do.. 1st 1 year is happy as u can surf web etc..
but when u reached a stage where u duno wat to do with the free time and can't go around talking to colleague.. u will go crazy..

where else if the job is always busy.. then it must be something wrong with the management or staff not enough.
