do nice nice.  got reputation to maintain.  though that doesnt means they will not call u after u left.

i will list down the things to handover, after handing over, get the person whom i handover to acknowledge that he/she has gotten all info.  then will giver him/her a copy, cc my boss.

I will do a proper handover.  I do not like to leave things unfinished or unsettled with lots of question marks all over for the next person who's taking over my job. 

I will list down the role and responsibilies, and if possible step by step info what what to do, or a flowchart so that there's a transfer of knowledge to the next person. 

I will sit down with the next person (if there is one already) to run through all this information and let my boss know that the proper handover is done.

Soft transfer of knowledge then shredded all the outdated documents.

Then after that ensure my successor know everything. Usually by right is shui shui one, by left, they hire another guy who is another style one so cannot match with the job.


Then go and PR with those colleagues whom i am on good term but seldom talk.

Then go and kiss goodbye to those pretty female colleagues....

The last of all, put melted sweets on the table of those whom i dislike.
